To reserve a trip, you will need to provide us with the date and time you want to book, any special requests you have, and a 20% deposit to secure your spot.

We will charge the remaining balance seven days prior to your trip unless we have made different arrangements. If you are booking less than seven days before your trip, payment in full will be required when purchasing.

The price of your charter includes the captain, fuel, bait, and all the fishing gear needed for your trip.

Yes, it is customary to tip the mate. The cost of the boat does not include a tip for the mate, who works strictly for tips. An average tip is 20% of the cost of the trip.

If a tip is not given at the time of your charter, a 20% tip will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

All deposits are non-refundable and are specific to the trip booked (Offshore, Nearshore, or Sunset Cruise). Deposits cannot be combined or transferred. If the trip is canceled due to weather, you will have one year from the scheduled date to reschedule, and your deposit will be applied to the future trip. If you cancel two weeks prior to the booked charter, you can move your deposit to a future trip. If you cancel less than two weeks before the booked charter, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 24 hours of the booked charter, you will be responsible for the full price of the trip.

No, all reservations are for the full boat and your selected group.

As per US Coast Guard regulations, all private sport fishing charters are limited to a minimum of one and a maximum of six passengers onboard.

All ages are welcome, but anyone under the age of six must wear a life jacket for the whole duration of the trip.

If they're anticipating bad weather on your charter day, please contact us three to four days before your departure to check on the weather. This will help you and us make a final decision on whether to go ahead with the trip. We will try to make a decision before you leave home to save on travel expenses. If the trip is canceled due to weather, you will have one year from the scheduled date to reschedule, and your deposit will be applied to the future trip.

To avoid seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication the night before your trip.

We recommend bringing polarized sunglasses, weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended), a hat, non-skid and non-marking shoes, sunscreen (preferably waterproof), water and snacks, a camera or cell phone camera, a cooler to take your fish home, and seasickness medication if needed. Change 'N Latitude will provide all top-of-the-line fishing gear and bait.

To make sure your charter fishing trip with us starts off on the right foot, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. Being prompt is important as it allows us to depart on time and maximize your time on the water. Please avoid being too early or late, as we want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

You can expect to catch a variety of fish, including Yellow Fin Tuna, Sword Fish, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi, Wahoo, Yellow Edge Grouper, Golden Tile Fish, Barrel Fish, Snowy Grouper, Kinkfish, Flounder, Redfish, Sheephead, Jacks, Sharks, Tarpon, and Snapper.

Yes, you can keep any fish that meet FWC regulations. The captain will also clean and bag your fish once you return to the dock. You will need to bring a cooler to take your fish home.

No, you do not need to purchase a fishing license as all passengers are covered under the Change 'N Latitude passenger license, as required by the US Coast Guard.

Yes, Change 'N Latitude will be departing from Ponce Inlet, Florida or Marathon in the Florida Keys.

Ponce Inlet: April 2 - July 31

Marathon: August 2 - March 31

Grouper season runs from May 1 to December 31. Red Snapper season for 2023 has not been anounced yet, but if you're looking to fish a specific species, please contact the Captain ahead of your trip.
